In the villages of Punjab, families have crafted Gud ki Sharab, jaggery spirit for centuries. It's bold, potent, and deeply tied to the agricultural rhythms of the region. Panj-Yaab, our interpretation of this heritage, elevates the rustic original into a sophisticated spiced rum. Distilled from pure jaggery and infused with fennel, cloves, and cinnamon.
